The Practical guideline is based on the current scientific ESPEN Clinical Nutrition in Liver Disease (Plauth M., Bernal W., Dasarathy S., Merli Plank L. D., Schütz T., Bischoff S. C. clinical nutrition liver disease // Clin Nutr. — 2019. 38. ?. 485—521). It has been shortened and transformed into flow charts for easier use practice.
 dedicated to all professionals including physicians, dieticians, nutritionists nurses working with patients chronic disease. A total of 103 statements recommendations are presented short commentaries nutritional metabolic management (i) acute failure, (ii) alcoholic steatohepatitis, (iii) non-alcoholic fatty disease, (iv) cirrhosis, (v) surgery/transplantation. disease-related preceded by general diagnostics status complications associated medical nutrition.
